By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the provisions of these Terms applicable to your use. Where an enforceable agreement requires affirmative acceptance, we will obtain that acceptance through an appropriate process.
By submitting an order or purchasing services, you agree to the applicable terms presented before purchase.
Additional conditions may be established through quotations, order forms, service descriptions, statements of work, or written agreements.
Where a separately executed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the executed agreement takes precedence for the services covered by that agreement, unless otherwise expressly stated.

3. Website Use and Eligibility
Our website is intended primarily for businesses, business owners, and individuals seeking professional digital marketing or AI services.
Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Individuals entering agreements on behalf of a business represent that they have authority to act for that business.
Users agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms, requesting services, or establishing accounts.
Revenue Enhancer may decline service requests where appropriate, including where a proposed use would violate applicable law, third-party platform requirements, or our acceptable use standards.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
4. Website Audits and Business Assessments
Revenue Enhancer may offer free or paid website audits, GEO assessments, AI search visibility reports, and related business evaluations.
Assessments may use:
- Publicly available website information
- Search engine results
- AI-generated search responses
- Business directory information
- Client-provided information
- Automated analysis tools
- Third-party data and technology
These assessments are intended to identify potential opportunities for improving online visibility, website clarity, customer engagement, and business operations.
Audit results represent findings based on information available at the time of assessment.
Because search results, AI systems, business listings, and website conditions change, audit findings may become outdated.
Automated assessments may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete information.
Revenue Enhancer does not guarantee that an audit will identify every technical issue, search visibility problem, or business opportunity.
Clients remain responsible for evaluating recommendations before implementing significant changes.
5. Revenue Calculators and Financial Estimates
Revenue Enhancer may provide calculators or assessments estimating missed revenue, unanswered calls, potential recoverable business opportunities, or possible operational improvements.
Calculations may rely on assumptions concerning:
- Incoming call volume
- Missed or unanswered calls
- Customer conversion rates
- Average transaction values
- Appointment booking rates
- Estimated opportunity recovery
- Other business performance indicators
Results are illustrative estimates and should not be interpreted as verified financial losses, guaranteed recoverable revenue, or predictions of future performance.
Actual business results depend on numerous factors outside Revenue Enhancer's control.
Revenue Enhancer does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice through these tools.
6. GEO, AEO, SEO, and Website Optimization Services

Accordingly, we do not guarantee:

Clients must not configure or use Revenue Enhancer services in ways that create unreasonable risks to individuals or violate applicable law.

Revenue Enhancer may decline or suspend outbound calling functions where compliance requirements have not been established.
8.5 AI Limitations
AI voice agents may misunderstand speech, provide inaccurate information, fail to complete an action, or experience interruptions.
Clients must maintain reasonable procedures for handling missed interactions, correcting errors, and escalating matters requiring human assistance.
Revenue Enhancer does not guarantee that every incoming call will result in a successful booking, sale, or completed customer interaction.
8.6 Emergency and High-Risk Uses
AI voice services must not be relied upon as emergency response systems or as the sole communication channel for situations where failure or delay could cause serious harm.
Healthcare, emergency, financial, legal, and other sensitive applications may require additional assessment and contractual safeguards before implementation.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties
Revenue Enhancer will perform contracted services with reasonable care and skill.
Except for express commitments contained in an applicable agreement and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, the website and general informational materials are provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that website content, automated assessments, or AI-generated information will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business purpose.
Any disclaimers in these Terms are subject to applicable statutory rights and cannot exclude obligations that the law does not permit us to exclude.

For paid business services, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, Revenue Enhancer's aggregate liability arising from a particular service will not exceed the fees paid to Revenue Enhancer for that service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other matters to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
The enforceability of liability limitations depends on the circumstances, applicable legislation, and relevant service agreements.

Any additional indemnification arrangements must be established in the applicable service agreement.
25. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Neither party will be responsible for delays or failures to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, except for payment obligations already due and other obligations that cannot lawfully be excused.
Such events may include major telecommunications failures, widespread internet outages, natural disasters, government restrictions, or significant third-party infrastructure disruptions.
The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume performance where practicable.
Where an event continues to materially prevent performance, the parties' rights to suspend or terminate the affected services will be governed by the applicable agreement and law.

Material changes affecting existing paid services will be addressed according to the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
Updates will not automatically override existing contractual rights or impose new material obligations without an appropriate legal or contractual basis.
30. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable accepted order forms, service descriptions, and written agreements, constitute the agreement governing the relevant services, subject to any expressly agreed order of precedence.
Severability
If a provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
No Waiver
